By downloading, installing or using the Fundsy budgeting application (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any Google account you use to sign in. You agree to accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, and to notify me promptly of any unauthorised use.
All content, features and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Fundsy. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express written permission.
The financial data you enter remains yours. You represent that you have the right to input it and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. How that data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Google Play. Billing, renewals, refunds and cancellations are governed by the Google Play terms and are managed from your Google Play account. I do not collect, store or have access to your payment card details.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Fundsy is a budgeting and record-keeping tool; it does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. I do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory provisions of applicable law.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. I may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached or where required by law.
I may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App and on this page. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence in the European Union.
