This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Fundsy budgeting application (the "App"). Please read this policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Personal Information — I collect personal information you voluntarily provide when creating an account, including your email, password, and username.
Financial and Transaction Data — I collect information about your financial transactions, including income, expenses, budgets, and financial goals, which you input into the App.
I do not store your password in plain text. Passwords are stored securely using industry-standard encryption and hashing techniques.

I take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no security measure is perfect, and I cannot guarantee the security of your information.
Fundsy offers an optional feature that detects transactions from your banking apps' push notifications and suggests adding them to your budget.
What is read — When enabled, Fundsy listens only to notifications posted by a fixed list of known banking apps. Notifications from any other app are ignored immediately — they are not read, stored, or logged.
How it is processed — Notification content is parsed entirely on your device to extract the transaction amount, date, and merchant name. The content of your notifications never leaves your phone. I do not send it to any server, include it in analytics or crash reports, or store it in the cloud in any form.
What is stored — Detected suggestions are kept only locally on your device (up to 20 at a time, automatically removed after 7 days). Nothing is saved to your Fundsy account unless you manually approve a suggestion — an approved suggestion becomes a regular transaction, identical to one entered by hand.
Your control — The feature is off by default and requires your explicit opt-in plus the Android "Notification access" permission, which you can revoke at any time in system settings. Disabling the sensor stops all notification processing immediately.
When you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by Google Play. I do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details.
I use RevenueCat, Inc. as a subscription management provider to verify and track subscription status. For this purpose, a pseudonymous user identifier and purchase information (such as the product purchased, purchase and expiration dates, and subscription status) are shared with RevenueCat. RevenueCat does not receive your payment card data. You can review RevenueCat's privacy practices at revenuecat.com.
This information is used solely to grant and maintain your access to paid features.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information by adjusting your account settings or contacting me. If you choose to delete your account, I will delete your personal information as required by law.
If you choose to sign in with Google, Fundsy receives basic profile information from your Google Account — your name, email address and profile picture — solely to create and identify your account. Fundsy requests only the minimum scopes required for sign-in and does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service data.
Fundsy’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalised artificial intelligence models.
You can revoke Fundsy’s access to your Google Account at any time at Google Account permissions. To request deletion of the account data held by Fundsy, contact fundsy@int.pl.
I may update this Privacy Policy at any time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
